Service Agreement
1. Parties
This Service Agreement is between Boundless Legal ("we", "us") and the client signing below ("you").
2. Nature of Service — Not a Law Firm
Boundless Legal is NOT a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a document preparation service. We prepare immigration forms using the information you provide. Where included in your package, forms are reviewed by an independent attorney in our network; that attorney's review does not create an attorney-client relationship with Boundless Legal.
3. Scope of Work
We will prepare the forms and documents listed in your selected package, provide evidence checklists, assemble a filing packet, and provide filing instructions. We do not represent you before USCIS, the immigration courts, or any government agency.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, truthful and accurate information and documents. You are solely responsible for the truth of everything submitted. Providing false information to USCIS can result in denial, fines, removal, and criminal penalties.
5. Fees
Our service fee is shown at checkout and is paid to Boundless Legal. USCIS government filing fees are separate, are paid directly to USCIS, and are never combined with our fee. Medical examination fees are paid directly to the civil surgeon. Certified translations are billed at $45 per page.
6. No Guarantee
We do NOT guarantee approval of any application or petition. USCIS makes all final decisions. Processing times are controlled by USCIS.
7. No Refunds
No refunds are issued once work begins. Work begins when we start reviewing your information or documents.
8. Authorization to file online on my behalf
I authorize Boundless Legal to file my forms online in my own USCIS online account, and to monitor that account for receipt notices, access codes, and case updates. This authorization is limited strictly to my case as described in this Agreement and does not permit any other use of my account. I may revoke this authorization at any time by notifying Boundless Legal in writing; revocation does not undo filings already submitted.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and use it only to prepare your case, as further described in the Privacy & Document Authorization.
10. Termination
Either party may end this Agreement in writing. Fees for work already begun are not refundable.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the other documents you sign with us, is the entire agreement between the parties.
